After the consultation, you may choose to hire us to prepare and professionally stage your home or you may decide to carry out the work yourself.

After we discuss your time frame and budget, we will review your entire home together. At the end of our meeting, you will receive a portfolio of suggestions and ideas for:

  • Recommended repairs and upgrades
  • Furniture layouts
  • Paint colours
  • Complete list of items needed to complete your new look

HOME STAGING CONSULTATION FEE: $225 FOR TWO HOURS

PACKAGE #1 - THE REFRESHER (INTERIOR STYLING)

Choose this package if: you will be living in your home while it’s on the market.

Prep: Starts with thorough cleaning of  your home and completion of the repairs and upgrades recommended during your consultation.

These additional costs are not included in your home staging package.

We’ll help you declutter and edit your home for broader buyer appeal. Bonus: Think of this step as getting a head start on your packing!

Styling:  Red Truck Home Staging can work with your own furniture and accessories, or we can bring in some items of rental furniture as needed. We will take of delivery, installing and pick up of any rental items.

We may recommend new pillows, art and accessories to give your rooms a warm, welcoming and polished ‘designer look.’ We’ll do this shopping for you (within your budget of course) and you’ll own these new items, which means you can keep them.

Rooms included: living room, dining area and kitchen, guest bathroom, master bedroom & bath plus entrance and outdoor living areas if your budget allows.

Rental fees cover a one-month minimum and are not included in this package.

We will take care of delivery, installing and pick up of any rental items.

Styling will require one full day.

FEES FOR ‘THE REFRESHER’ PACKAGE ARE $100 per hour

PACKAGE #2 - THE 'NO VACANCY'

Choose this package if: you are selling a vacant home. (Not sure about this? Click here for more information on why vacant homes should always be staged.)

Prep: Starts with thorough cleaning of  your home and completion of the repairs and upgrades recommended during your consultation.

These additional costs are not included in your home staging package.

Styling: We will supply all the furniture, accessories and art needed to stage the key rooms in your home. These will be quality items suitable for mid-range homes.

Rooms included:  living room, dining area and kitchen, guest bathroom, master bedroom & bath plus entrance and outdoor living areas if your budget allows.

We will take care of delivery, installing and pick up of rental items.

Set-up and tear-down will require one full day each.

FEES FOR ‘THE NO VACANCY’ PACKAGE Start at $1,500.00

PACKAGE #3 - THE 'EXECUTIVE LUXURY'

Choose this package to give your luxury and/or high-end home the distinction it deserves.

Prep: Starts with thorough cleaning of your home and completion of the repairs and upgrades recommended during your consultation.

These additional costs are not included in your home staging package.
